Football Academy

The FC SeaSters Football Schools Network is a social project that not only supports but actively develops women's football in the Odesa region. We aim to create a football environment for girls aged 7 to 14, where they can train on equal terms with boys, develop their talents, and confidently build their future in a safe and healthy setting. Currently, we have one school operating in Odesa and three in the surrounding area.

By the end of 2026, we have an ambitious plan to expand the network to 25 schools, with 22 of them in the Odesa region offering free training for girls. This is our contribution to ensuring equal opportunities for all children, regardless of their financial situation or place of residence. We are making football accessible to every girl, supporting their ambitions, and helping them reach new heights.

In the current conditions of war, it is especially important to give girls the opportunity to preserve their childhood and fulfill their dreams. Our project provides them not only with sports opportunities but also with the support that is vital for their psychological and emotional well-being. We create a safe space where girls feel like part of a large community, where their achievements and contributions are valued. Football helps them maintain faith in themselves and the future, find new dreams, and set new goals.

FC SeaSters strives not only to develop sports skills but also to be a pillar of support for girls during difficult times. Our programs build self-confidence, foster social skills, and help create strong friendships. We believe that through football, girls discover new opportunities for personal and professional growth, becoming part of a community that supports and inspires them.

The SeaSters Football Cup, running from 2023, has already become an important part of our network.  Held every three months, this tournament offers more than just games.  This is an opportunity for girls to show their skills, work in a team and get support and psychological help to increase their confidence and skills.  In the future, the tournament will cover all SeaSters FC football schools and will also include regular training sessions to improve skills and improve teamwork.

FC SeaSters creates a summer soccer camp - an ideal place for the development of young soccer players. The camp program will include not only intensive football training and physical education, but also comfortable accommodation, meals and interesting excursions. This will provide girls with an opportunity to improve their soccer skills, enjoy new experiences and acquaintances, and spend the summer in a healthy and athletic environment.
